Child Grant Online Status Check

  1. If you do not have a username and password, follow the following procedure
  2. Open: https://services.sassa.gov.za/Account/Register
  3. Fill out the user registration
  4. Provide your correct personal details such as your name, surname, ID number etc.
  5. Provide an email address as well as your phone number
  6. Provide a password, which you will make use of when signing into your SASSA account.

Alternatively go to the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) office nearest to where you applied with your ID document and the receipt you received during the submission of the application and they will be able to assist.
